Blue meditation

The benefits:

  1.  Stops your monkey mind.
  2.  Helps to sharpen control of your wandering mind.
  3.  It will heighten the five senses.

Preparation Steps:

  1.  Sit comfortably with spine erect, breathe in a relaxed manner and close your eyes.
  2.  Rub your palms together until they become warm, and place them on your C-7 (the door to the astral word).
  3. Take a few breaths to feel your C7 becomes warmer. Then place your palms back to their most comfortable position.

Action:

Sight:
Starting from the C-7 visualize deep blue color (color of the sky or sea). Allow the color to spread over to every part of your skin, to every part you bones, blood, inner organs, muscle, every part of your body. Take your time to check makes sure every part of your body turns blue.

Smell: 
Return to C-7, and imagine you smell the scent of beautiful calming lavender. Allow the smell to spread down to your tailbone, through your blood circulation to every part of your body, including muscle, skin, inner organs. Take your time to check every part of your body smells like lavender flowers.

Taste: 
Return to C-7 and imagine when you put your tongue on it, you taste sweet juicy fresh blueberries. Allow the smell to spread down to your tailbone, through your blood circulation to every part of your body, including muscle, skin, inner organ. Take your time to check every party of your body tastes like fresh spring blueberries.

Sound: 
Return to C-7 and imagine you hear the sound of HAMM from it. Bring your awareness down to tailbone and you can also hear the sound of HAMM there. Eventually as you check every part of the body, including muscle, skin, inner organ, your can hear the sound of HAMM from them. Take your time to check every party of your body is now singing HAMMMMM.

Feel: 
Return to C-7 again and feel that the spot is cool and soft like silk.

Releasing Attachment:
Bring your awareness to you head/ brain.

Visualize images of each of your family member. One by one. Freeze the image like you’re taking pictures with a camera. Then take the picture out of your brain.

Do the same thing with:

  1. People you have had romantic and intimate relationships with (boyfriend, girlfriend, exes, husband, wife, lover).
  2. Your teachers and former teachers
  3. Your former bosses and current bosses (people you work with)
  4. Your friends
  5. Yourself.

Say sorry to yourself for any judgment you may have made to yourself.
If any emotion arises as you do this, let them go. Do not linger.

Once everyone is removed, return to your body.
Allow you blue body to melt away like a blue cloud, merging with the blue sky. So everything around you is blue color.
Everything in the air smells of lavender tastes of fresh blueberries.
The sound and vibration of HAMM fills up the space, as you feel like cool soft silk.
Stay in this moment for a bit longer.
Any images that comes to your mind, freeze it and let it go…fluttering away until they disappear in the cool deep blue space of your quiet mind.
