This soup has all of the organic minerals (i.e. potassium and natural occurring salt) that our body needs. For people with limited energy after an illness (i.e. an operation or heart attack). For people with diabetes, cancer or stomach problems, this soup provides additional energy.


  • Carrots
  • Celery
  • Spinach
  • Pinch of Salt
  • Garlic – 1 Clove
  • Olive Oil – 5 Drops

Chop Vegetables (enough for one serving). Boil water and turn off the heat. Add vegetables and all other incidents. Cover the soup and let it sit until the water temperature becomes edible.
